Cai Glushak, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Glushak received his medical degree from McGill University and is a Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago. He serves as International Medical Director of AXA Assistance and joined SafeGard travel medicine consultants in 2016. He is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).

Anne Bankson, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Bankson received her medical degree from Boston University and completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Bellevue, WA since 1990. She joined SafeGard in 2008 and is a member of ISTM with a Certificate in Travel Health.

Cathy Hurley, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Hurley received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Scott & White Hospital. She previously worked at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and began her travel medicine work in 1998. She joined SafeGard in 2008 and is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).

Winni Mann, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Mann received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her surgery internship and residency at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. She worked in Kenya with Presbyterian Mission Hospital and has extensive experience in travel medicine. She is the Director and primary physician consultant for SafeGard Travel Medicine and holds a Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).

Mary Hays, RN
Travel Medicine Nurse
Mary Hays received her BSN from Seattle Pacific University and has worked throughout her career in the travel health clinical setting. She has been working with SafeGard since 2012 and is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine with a Certificate in Travel Health.

Julie Berger, RN
Travel Medicine Nurse
Julie Berger received her nursing degree from Portland Community College in 1997 and started in an Asthma and Allergy clinic before working in pediatrics. She began her travel medicine work in 2014 and participates in the International Society of Travel Medicine.

Michael Dukelow, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Dukelow is Board Certified in Family Practice and brings extensive experience in primary care medicine to the SafeGard team. He currently serves as a flight surgeon with the 624 ASTS Air Force Reserve Unit. He has a comprehensive background in family medicine and provides expert travel health consultations. He joined SafeGard in 2012.

Jeff Mull, MD
Travel Medicine Physician
Dr. Mull received his medical degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and developed the Travel Medicine program for students at Oregon State University. He has done medical work in St. Lucia, Ukraine, Zambia, and Tanzania. He is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine with a Certificate in Travel Health and joined SafeGard travel medicine consultants in 2015.
